D-Sub EMI Gaskets for Connector Shielding Applications

D-Sub EMI Gaskets provide reliable EMI/RFI shielding for D-Sub miniature connectors used in telecommunications, military electronics, industrial controls, aerospace systems, and electronic I/O interfaces. These fabric over foam gaskets conform to irregular mating surfaces while maintaining consistent electrical contact.

The gasket design helps eliminate gaps between connector shells and mounting surfaces, reducing electromagnetic interference and improving overall shielding performance. Compresses from .100″ to .025″ (2.5 to 0.6mm). The lightweight polyurethane foam core combined with conductive fabric delivers excellent compression recovery and long-term durability.

D-Sub Miniature Gaskets are available for 9-pin, 15-pin, 25-pin, 37-pin, and 50-pin connector configurations. Conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive options are available for simplified installation and secure mounting.
