Our main switchboard number is: 813-855-6921. Upon entering the lobby, you will need to call your parties extension. Since we are ITAR compliant, all visitors will need to register in the book and have a “visual” identity confirmation. We are located in the Tri-County Business Park. We are in the back of the property and cannot be seen from Race Track Road. There is a “small” realtor sign up at the main road (Race Track Road), with our company name and logo, for your reference.
Airport:
Our main airport is Tampa International (TPA). The airport is 15 miles from our facility, and about a 20 to 25 minute drive under normal traffic flow. There is a smaller, secondary airport called the St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport (PIE), which is a small regional facility. It is, however, serviced by Allegiant Air, which has service on the east coast corridor. This airport is approximately a 25 minute drive to our facility. www.allegiant.com

If you want to be beachside, Clearwater Beach is probably the best choice and you can Google for a broad variety of options there. The drive from Clearwater Beach is approximately one hour.
