Leader Tech Announces Leadership Transition: Gary R. Mandile Appointed President
Tampa, FL – November 3, 2025 — Leader Tech, Inc. today announced the appointment of Gary R. Mandile, as President. Mandile previously served as Chief Operating Officer, succeeding Tracy Kuhns, who has retired after 15 years of distinguished leadership and dedication.
With more than two decades of executive experience spanning the technology, automotive, and manufacturing industries, Mandile brings a strong record of driving operational excellence, innovation, and growth.
Before joining Leader Tech, Mandile held key leadership roles in the automotive sector, including serving as General Manager for a Tier 1 supplier supporting Detroit’s Big Three automakers. He later joined Hyundai-Mobis, where he played an instrumental role in developing and launching Hyundai’s state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Montgomery, Alabama.
At Leader Tech, Mandile has built a reputation for fostering collaboration, inspiring innovation, and implementing systems that emphasize quality and performance at every stage. As President, he is focused on guiding the company’s next phase of expansion, advancing product capabilities, and continuing to invest in its people and culture.
Mandile studied at The Ohio State University and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from ITT Technical University in Dayton, Ohio. Outside of work, he is a passionate auto racer, lifelong drummer, and an active member of his church and community, where he contributes technical lighting and stage design expertise.
